Vered Manasse, licensed trainer and teacher of the Grinberg Method
The following text was written by Vered Manasse
I began studying the Grinberg Method in 1991, and have been working with private clients ever since in Israel, Italy and Berlin. I became a licensed trainer and a licensed teacher of the Grinberg Method in 2000, and I now teach all three years of professional study. In addition, I also give group courses as a trainer while continuing my work with private clients.
The International School of the Grinberg Method in Berlin is organized by Claudia Glowik and myself. All three years of professional study are currently being taught in intensive weeks at Schluesshof, which is next to Lychen, 100 km outside of Berlin.
Since studying the Grinberg Method life has become much more intense, colorful, and exciting. Over the years, my curiosity increased and I became more and more interested in learning more about our individual potential as human beings and our ability to experience the world around us in new and unexpected ways.
Group Courses I offer:
Who Are You When You're Not a Part of Your Culture?
Topics included in the group:
What is the influence of culture on me? Who did I become as a result of the culture I was born into? What are the things in
me that I want to change, and how can I change them? How can I use my life experience without drawing fixed conclusions from it?
How can I stop blaming others for who I am and assume responsibility for my life?
The group will look at what it means to be different, finding the courage to make choices according to my own standards, learning to deal with the fear of being lonely, relating to the wish to belong, choosing where I want to belong, and more.
The Eyes and How We See Life
Our eyes are one window through which we can see and perceive life; they also provide a window through which other
people can see and perceive who we are. People often experience this area as being tired and full of tension, and are often overwhelmed by all
of the different information that constantly enters through the eyes.
This group course offers practical exercises that teach a person how to see without needing to explain, to know, or to interpret life. In this course we will learn to reduce the constant effort we produce in our eyes, thus making it possible to see differently and perceive more in the world around us.
