Rivka Halbershtadt, Licensed Trainer and Qualified Practitioner of the Grinberg Method

I started studying and working as a Grinberg Method practitioner in 2000. I moved to Berlin in 2006. Since February 2009 I have been studying and working as a licensed Trainer in Berlin in addition to my work with clients in individual sessions as a qualified practitioner.

Today I give different activities as a trainer, The 4 classes are:

• Movement class
• Concentration class
• Relaxation class
• Improving physical abilities
