Recovery Process
Who is it for? A recovery process is for people who experience acute physical conditions that noticeably alter their lives, or for people suffering from severe recurring conditions.
Some possible conditions to work with in a recovery process:
- Injuries from accidents
- Surgeries and operations
- Herniated discs
- Repetitive stress conditions
- Migraines
- Auto-immune disorders
- Chronic fatigue
- Digestive disorders
How does it work? Where the body has pain, there is stored energy. The aim in a recovery process
is to access this energy in order to enhance the natural healing process of the body. Clients learn how to
invest their energy in recovery rather than reacting to their current condition and the pain involved.
Among other things, practitioners use techniques of touch, breath and movement.
Who offers Recovery Processes? Recovery processes are offered by qualified practitioners who are members of the German Association of the Grinberg Method, and who have completed a special program on recovery processes.
