Personal Processes-
Learning and Recovery
In order to start a personal process, whether a learning process or a recovery process, a person must understand that the ability to change is in his own hands, and that he himself has to want to create change in his life.
A practitioner cannot create change for a client; a practitioner can teach a person how to define what he wants to change in a clear and focused way, and then teach him practical ways of achieving it.
