In this one-day workshop you will learn how to react to stressful situations in your life in new ways, and how to reduce the level of stress you currently experience.

Two-Day Workshops

The 6 Workshop Series is a series of two-day workshops on different topics that teach practical tools for furthering personal development and increasing wellbeing. Each workshop builds upon the previous ones.

Workshop 1 - A First Step into Body Knowledge
This workshop focuses on learning to pay attention to the body, its needs and the information it has to offer. In a society that gives so much importance to a person's mind, to explanation and understanding, this workshop creates a first step into the knowledge of the body, showing how we can truly learn to listen to its messages.

Workshop 2 - From Victim to Adventurer
People often experience life situations as something that "happened" to them rather than experiences they chose to have. In these situations we lose our curiosity, joy and motivation, becoming victims of our circumstances. This workshop offers a way for people to approach daily situations as an opportunity for adventure and learning.

Workshop 3 - Silence
People search for silence in many ways and in many places. This workshop is a reminder that silence exists in us, if we can learn to stop all the "noise" in our heads.

Workshop 4 - Allowing it to Happen
People want to feel more, but when they do, they often don't know what to do with these emotions. Excitement, anger, fear, joy, frustration, jealousy and others are powerful forces in our lives. Learning to allow emotions to happen is as simple as it sounds and as powerful as it can get.

Workshop 5 - Using Personal History
The one thing we cannot change is our personal history, but we can learn to change the conclusions we draw from it. This can allow us to walk a different path than the one our history has shaped until now.

Workshop 6 - On Personal Training
In this workshop you will learn to go further into advanced stages of bodywork and personal training. You will learn to use space, motion and rhythm to create focused and continuous change in your life, while using the different tools from the previous five workshops.
