Groups
What is a group? A group of maximum 14 participants meets regularly for a period of time to learn and train about a specific subject that is of common interest to all members of the group. Learning happens through body exercises, writing and discussion. The length and structure of each group varies according to the subject of the group.
Who gives groups? Licensed trainers of the Grinberg Method create groups under the supervision of Avi Grinberg.
What is a licensed trainer? A licensed trainer is a qualified practitioner who received further training in how to work with groups according to the Grinberg Method.
How are the subjects of the groups chosen? The subjects of the groups are chosen according to the personal interests of the trainer who gives them.
