Footwork Technique Course
In this 6-day course you will learn the Grinberg Method's Footwork Technique. You will learn how to achieve relaxation, silence, and improve breathing capacity through techniques practiced on the feet. It is not intended to provide an in-depth learning process, but rather to give fun and simple tools for practice with family and friends, often with great results. These can include reduced pain and discomfort, improved sleep and digestion, higher levels of energy and improved vitality and wellbeing.

This course is offered to the general public. There are no prerequisites required to participate.
