Classes
A Grinberg Method class is a fixed series of meetings offering practical ways of approaching certain subjects such as relaxation, fitness, concentration and movement. Each meeting lasts 1 - 1.5 hours and involves learning and training in the specific context of each class.
Relaxation Class
The class offers various exercises that train the way we use our muscles, breathing, voice and eyes. The exercises
teach people how to achieve a relaxed state of being in a short time, and how to maintain this state in everyday life.
Relaxation does not mean passivity, and it is not the opposite of doing or acting.
Fitness Class
This class is about movement, strength, flexibility and breathing. The fitness class breaks routine ways of holding and moving the body, influences breathing,
and raises a person's general energy level. It is a class designed to increase physical strength, alertness and vitality in the body.
Concentration Class
People would like to study, work, read, write, think and learn in a more concentrated and efficient way.
This class teaches us to concentrate not only with the mind, but rather by creating a state of concentration involving
the whole body using different techniques and exercises.
Movement Class
The movement class trains our ability to move, allowing us to achieve powerful, precise and rich movement possibilities without repetitive muscle effort.
The class teaches how to use breathing and concentration to further build confidence, fluidity, adaptability and
strength in the body. We can reach a state in which the body moves by itself without the interruption of the mind.
