Activities for Businesses

Some of our activities can be organized for public events, working places or other venues, in particular 20-minute sessions on the neck and shoulders, and shorter or longer workshops or lectures relating to different subjects.

20-minute sessions — Take the weight off your shoulders!

A 20-minute seated session is only a taste, but it will show you the extra effort you do in the neck and shoulders and how it feels when you stop creating it. Practitioners are invited to give 20-minute sessions at various locations and for different occasions, including at one-time events and on a regular basis.

Workshops, lectures and training for your individual goals

Lectures and workshops can be built on different subjects, according to your specific needs. Some examples include:

  • Reducing personal stress
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork
  • Increasing health and wellbeing at work
  • Developing concentration abilities
  • Personal creativity and productivity

The workshops and training include physical exercises, lectures, written descriptions and discussions within the group.
